Cardiovascular diseases
coronary heart disease
Coronary heart disease is a group of diseases of the coronary arteries, which is expressed in the narrowing of their lumen and impaired blood supply to the heart muscle.
They usually occur with age. Often seen in men under 60 years of age. Risk factors include eating fatty foods, lack of physical activity, and being overweight. Coronary heart disease can lead to the development of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.
Diagnostics
For the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, ECG, myocardial synthography, ultrasound of the heart, treadmill test, and CT of the heart are used. If insufficient blood flow in the coronary arteries is detected, coronary angiography is prescribed.
Treatment
Treatment of coronary heart disease consists in observing the correct life habits, drug treatment and angioplasty and stenting, coronary artery bypass grafting.
Cost of diagnosis and treatment: from 21,000,000 won (stenting)
70.000.000 - 90.000.000 won (US)
congenital heart defects
Congenital heart defects are structural and functional defects of the heart that occurred during fetal development at the stage of formation of the heart muscle.
Diagnostics
If congenital heart disease is suspected, ultrasound of the heart, ECG, x-ray, CT scan of the chest organs are performed.
Treatment
The method of surgical treatment depends on the type of disease and severity.
The cost of diagnosis and treatment
Arrhythmias
Arrhythmia is a violation of the heart rhythm caused by structural or functional changes in the conduction system of the heart. A normal heart rate is 60-80 beats per minute at rest.
Diagnostics
Types of diagnostic study of arrhythmia: ECG, Holter monitoring, electrophysiological study of the heart.
Treatment
Methods for the treatment of arrhythmia: drug treatment with antiarrhythmic drugs, implantation of a pacemaker, implantation of a cardioverter-defibrillator, radiofrequency catheter ablation, surgery.
