WOWVOS annually conducts online consultations for Russian-speaking patients with the support of the government of Incheon, Gyeonggi Province and more than 30 leading clinics.

From July to December 2021, more than 500 people contacted us for online consultations, 200 full consultations were held with the participation of Korean professors and a local attending physician who monitors a patient in a local hospital.

📢For an online consultation, please send us an e-mail patients@wowvos.co.kr :

📃 medical records and documents including blood/urine tests

💽 CT, MRI, PET-CT , ultrasound, X-ray, coronary angiography for the last 6 months. Pictures are accepted only in DICOM format

📝 describe the symptoms and complaints at the moment write any questions you have about treatment

📗 send a copy of your passport

📞After receiving the data, our coordinator will contact you and orient you on the date and time of the video consultation.

The consultation went well. The doctor explained intelligibly . Almost all questions were answered . Only, the recommendation to undergo an angiography puzzled me a little. Why are our doctors silent about this?

The consultation went great. Everything was clearly explained, quickly, clearly and to the point. Very friendly and patient, which is very nice. Translation was done instantly , very clear. The consultation experience is excellent. It’s a pity that treatment in Korea is very far away and not everyone is available ((but the fact that they made it possible to at least listen to the opinion of qualified specialists, get advice and advice from them is already a big plus (and done for free).
