Seoul Soonchunhyang University Hospital currently serves more than 730 beds in 32 departments, and about 1,800 faculty and staff, including 200 profile professors, are working hard for patient care, research and education. It has recently become a leader in growth and development through the active use of public policies such as the expansion of integrated care units, participation in a new comprehensive fee-for-service pilot project, and the establishment of a patient safety system. The integrated nursing service gets a good response, increasing the satisfaction of not only the staff, but also the patients and their caregivers, because the corresponding staff intensively serves the patients. We are building a culture of safety in hospitals through fire drills, disaster response drills, patient safety guidance rounds, and the implementation of a patient recognition system, and choose the best place to manage fire safety.
