Liver transplant
A liver transplant is a surgical operation to transplant a donor liver or part of it into a recipient.
Indications for surgery: lack of effective therapeutic or surgical methods of treatment, the life expectancy of the patient is less than 1 year, if he does not undergo a liver transplant, acute liver failure.
The method of operation depends on the donor. In transplantation from a deceased donor, the recipient's liver is removed and a donor liver is transplanted to him. In a living donor transplant, the recipient's liver is removed and a portion of the donor's liver (usually the right lobe) is transplanted.

kidney transplant
A kidney transplant is a surgical operation to replace a damaged kidney with a donor transplant. Transplantation from a living and deceased donor is possible.
Kidney transplant from a living donor. A healthy person aged 16 to 65 with a normal anatomical and functional state of the kidneys can act as a donor. Persons who have a history of diseases such as diabetes mellitus, severe hypertension, infections, malignant tumors, and mental illness cannot be donors.
